Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).

Cost
Free delivery on every order. No minimum spend.

Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days of being placed.

Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 7–14 working days, tracked. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

We quote the longer end of that window on purpose. Most orders arrive sooner, but we would rather beat a fair estimate than miss an optimistic one.

Tracking your order
You can track your order at any time using the tracking link in your dispatch email, or on our Track Your Order page.

Delays
Occasionally, carrier or customs delays outside our control may extend delivery times. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 working days of dispatch, email us at contactsoftleigh@gmail.com and we'll look into it straight away.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, but if you spot a mistake quickly, email us and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
