Will it work on really thick, cracked heels?

Yes — the coarse roller is built for established callus. What's realistic: two or three sessions to clear years of build-up, then five minutes every week or two to keep it there. Anyone telling you one session fixes severe cracking is overselling.

No. It removes hard, dead skin and stops there — it isn't a blade, it's a fine abrasive roller. Keep it moving, use light pressure, and stop as soon as you reach soft skin. If it stings, you've gone too far.

No, and we'd rather say so plainly. The handset is not waterproof. Use it on dry skin — hard skin actually files better dry — and clean it with the brush in the box. If you want it wet-safe, buy a wet-and-dry model instead.

Please don't. If you have diabetes, reduced sensation, neuropathy or circulation problems in your feet, callus should be treated by a registered podiatrist — filing it yourself carries a genuine risk of wounds that heal slowly. Speak to your GP or a podiatrist. We'd rather lose the sale than have that go wrong.

Use them as well — just not instead. Cream only works on skin it can reach, and a thick callus layer blocks it, which is why the tub empties and the heel looks the same. Take the dead layer off first, then moisturise. That order is the whole trick.

Two or three sessions in the first fortnight to clear the build-up, then five minutes every one to two weeks. More often than that isn't better — you'd be filing healthy skin.

Around six months of normal use each. Replacements are available. Swapping the roller is also the hygienic choice — a fresh surface beats scrubbing a six-month-old one.

Around 60 minutes of running time per charge, over USB-C. At five minutes a session that's roughly a dozen uses between charges.
